You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Certain items such as personalized products, final-sale items, or hygiene-related products (e.g., earrings, masks) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at vividreams915@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
